The Regus Short Stay Booking service (‘the API’) is available free to interested
parties within the Meeting Room, Video Conferencing Studios, Day Office & Hot Desk
booking marketplace. The API allows accredited third party software developers to
interact with our central reservations system through a set of secure web services.
This API service is delivered via the Regus Developers Portal.
Regus Central Reservation System
The Regus inventory of rooms and offices is driven by a central reservation system
that manages the complete reservations process from initial interest through to
billing for 1200 Business Centres in 550 Cities around the world in 95 Countries.
The API is an extension of the reservations system that opens up access to our entire
inventory: 4500 meeting rooms and 43,000 seats; 1200 video communication studios;
5,000 day offices and 28,000 hot desks and campus workstations.
The API provides all the methods needed to create a simple user journey through
the most complex booking requirement:
Enter your Search Criteria to check room availability on the 'Search' tab, then follow the booking process through the Results, Services & Book tabs. The API requests and responses are shown at the bottom of each page to give visibility of the calls being made.
Where understanding the fields is not immediately apparent to the user, mouseover the field to see contextual help.
